At Platinum Lion Peptides, we prioritize reliable, transparent, and secure delivery. Please review the following shipping terms carefully.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship only within the United States. International orders are not accepted at this time.

Shipping Carriers & Logistics Technology

All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS.
Our checkout system is powered by ShipperHQ, an advanced logistics platform that provides real-time carrier rates and delivery estimates based on your location. This ensures you receive accurate shipping costs and transit times at checkout.

Processing & Delivery
• Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days.
• Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Incomplete or Inaccurate Shipping Information

It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. If an order is delayed due to incorrect or incomplete information, or if we are unable to verify the shipping address, we are not obligated to refund shipping charges.
We will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue, but processing and shipping will only begin once all required information is confirmed.

Risk of Loss

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Platinum Lion Peptides is not liable for delays, losses, or damages while the package is in transit.
If a shipment is lost or damaged, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Refunds or replacements will be handled in accordance with the carrier’s insurance policies and at our discretion.

Delivery Confirmation

The carrier’s tracking update showing a package as “Delivered” will serve as official proof of delivery.
It is your responsibility to retrieve the package promptly. We are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery is confirmed. For added security, you may request signature confirmation or arrange to have the package held at a FedEx or UPS facility.

Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please take the following steps:

  1. Check with neighbors or building staff to see if they accepted the package on your behalf.
  2. Contact the local FedEx or UPS office—they can access GPS delivery coordinates and time stamps.
  3. If the courier verifies correct delivery, please allow up to 1 week for the package to surface or be recovered.
  4. If the package does not arrive after 1 week, email us at support@platinumlionpeptides.com for further assistance.

Missing, Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

We carefully document all orders before shipment to prevent fraudulent claims. If you receive an order that is missing items, contains incorrect products, or arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Missing Items: Notify us immediately. Once verified, we will ship the missing item(s).
• Wrong Items: Contact us right away. We’ll send the correct items after verification and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect ones.
• Damaged Items: Send photographic evidence immediately. Upon verification, a replacement will be issued.
• Defective Items:
• For weight issues, include the make/model of your scale.
• For concerns with concentration or quality, we may request a sample for return analysis. Once verified, a replacement will be sent.
